Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the fire-roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce with the canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Dot the mixture with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese.
  6. Crack large eggs over the ricotta dollops.
  7. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the egg whites are set.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
