Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a medium saucepan, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove baked tortillas, place them on a platter, and top each with warm chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Return tostadas to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
