Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of cubed beef sirloin and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Incorporate 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Introduce 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of frozen peas, and 1 cup of diced carrots; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
