- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
- Crush the Peanut Butter Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until sticky.
- Shape the mixture into acorn shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the acorns for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds.
- Dip each acorn into the melted chocolate and tap off excess.
- Melt the butterscotch or peanut butter chips and dip the tops of each acorn, then into the brown sprinkles.
- Cut pretzel sticks into ½-inch pieces, dip one end in melted butterscotch, and press into the top of each acorn.
- Let the assembled acorns set for 30 minutes before serving.
