- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and a large egg in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until coated with the filling mixture.
- Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and separate into triangles on the baking sheet.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the pecan filling on the widest end of each triangle and roll tightly.
- Bake the rolls for 8 minutes until setting.
