Method
 

Prepare Filling

  2. Reduce heat to low; mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased sheet. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Form Truffles
  1. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls.
  2. Coat each truffle in granulated sugar.
  3. Use a toothpick to create ridges and press a chocolate chip on top.
