Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the woody ends. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until vibrant green and slightly charred.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the asparagus immediately after removing from the oven.
