Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine cooked chicken, drained artichoke hearts, and frozen chopped spinach in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the chicken and spinach mixture.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the breadcrumbs.
