- Begin by dicing your bell peppers and onion into small pieces.
- In a large pot or Instant Pot, spray a thin layer of olive oil, add the ground turkey and sauté for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, brown rice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
