Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and let it reach room temperature, then flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread a generous layer of vegan Nutella across half of the pastry, fold, and cut into strips.
  4. Twist each strip and arrange them into circular nest shapes on the trays.
  5. Brush dairy-free milk over the tops and sprinkle sugar generously.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Whip the dairy-free cream with cocoa powder until soft peaks form.
  8. Use a piping bag to swirl the whipped cream on the nests and decorate with mini eggs.
