Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Easy Ramen Noodle Soup
  1. In a large pot, add your choice of broth and heat over medium flame. Bring to a gentle simmer, about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. While broth is simmering, boil water in a separate pot. Add ramen noodles and cook as per package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Return to the simmering broth; add garlic and ginger if not added earlier. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add desired vegetables to the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes until tender.
