Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your skull molds with olive oil.
- Place one mozzarella ball into each skull mold.
- Bake for approximately 6 minutes until soft and slightly puffed.
- Press the mozzarella down gently into the molds and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add mixed salad greens and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, tossing gently.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and skull-shaped mozzarella on top.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately for the best presentation.
