Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the Oreo and cream cheese mixture into 1-inch balls and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the black chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  5. Insert a popsicle stick into each ball, dip into the melted black chocolate, and let the excess drip off.
