  • 12 pieces Mini Mozzarella Balls (Ciliegine) Soft cheese balls for skull shape
  • 1 each Silicone Skull Molds Must be heat safe
For Serving Suggestions
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For drizzling
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables Like celery and cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Basil or Oregano) For added flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Blot mini mozzarella balls with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Place one mozzarella ball into each cavity of the silicone skull mold, filling all cavities without overcrowding.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until the mozzarella softens.
  4. After baking, remove the mold and press the melted cheese into shape using the back of a spoon.
  5. Allow the shaped mozzarella to cool for a couple of minutes and blot any excess moisture.
  6. Transfer the molded mozzarella skulls to the refrigerator to chill for about 10 minutes.
  7. Flex the silicone mold to release the cheese skulls and arrange them on a platter.
