Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach and arugula thoroughly, then dry them. In a bowl, combine the greens.
  2. Slice the strawberries and scatter them over the greens, tossing lightly.
  3. Add the pomegranate seeds over the top, pressing them gently into the greens.
  4. Crumble feta cheese over the salad evenly.
  5. Chop walnuts coarsely and sprinkle on top for crunch.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette generously over the salad.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  8. Toss everything together lightly and serve immediately.
