Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll crescent roll dough and press it into the muffin tin, pricking the bottoms with a fork.
  2. Shape remaining dough into bunny ears about 3 inches long and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Bake the muffin tin filled with crescents for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then create small wells in the centers with a spoon.
  4. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon the creamy filling into the wells and press the bunny ears into each bite.
  6. Return bites to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes and garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving warm.
