Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once ready, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked.
  3. In a separate skillet, warm corn tortillas over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in center of each tortilla, and adding cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  5. Finish with optional toppings like avocado, sour cream, hot sauce, and lime juice. Serve immediately.
