Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and all-purpose flour until well blended.
  3. Separate egg whites from yolks in different bowls.
  4. Mash bananas; add yolks, melted butter, and milk; mix until smooth, then add the dry mix.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Fold beaten egg whites into banana mixture gently.
  7. Pour batter into prepared dish, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until golden on top and slightly jiggly in the center.
  9. Allow to cool in pan for at least 40 minutes before slicing.
