Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread a generous layer of Fritos chips across the bottom of the lined baking sheet.
- Carefully spread the chili evenly over the layer of Fritos.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili layer.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with optional toppings.
