  • 1 cup Italian-style Bread Crumbs fresh preferred for better texture
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion or shallots/leeks for variation
  • 2 Eggs or a flax egg for vegan option
  • ½ cup Hot Wing Sauce adjust based on spice preference
  • ½ cup Milk non-dairy milk can be used
  • ¼ cup Crumbled Blue Cheese can be replaced with feta or goat cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Monterey Jack or cheddar can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian-style bread crumbs, chopped onion, eggs, hot wing sauce, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Carefully fold in the crumbled blue cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese into the meat mixture.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture onto a greased loaf pan or a baking sheet and shape it into a loaf, about 2-3 inches high.
  5. Place the formed meatloaf into the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
