Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it.
  2. Cream the room-temperature butter until smooth, adding sugar and mixing for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Incorporate egg and vanilla into the mixture and beat until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan, arrange peaches and blackberries on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the buckle in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and letting it cool completely.
  9. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, adding honey and powdered sugar.
