Method
 

Steps
  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly, peel them, remove the pits, and slice into 1-inch wedges.

  3. Stir in lemon juice, sea salt, and vanilla extract into the peach mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a shallow container. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-7 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
