Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your choice of yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Chop your selected fresh or frozen fruits into small pieces. Gently fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon the yogurt and fruit mixture into silicone molds, filling about three-quarters full.
  4. Sprinkle nuts, granola, or seeds on top of each filled mold if desired.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
  6. Remove the molds and flex to release the Frozen Yogurt Bites. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
