- In a mixing bowl, combine your choice of yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Chop your selected fresh or frozen fruits into small pieces. Gently fold them into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon the yogurt and fruit mixture into silicone molds, filling about three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle nuts, granola, or seeds on top of each filled mold if desired.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
- Remove the molds and flex to release the Frozen Yogurt Bites. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
