  2. Mix in 1 cup of warm milk and ½ cup of melted butter until blended, then add one beaten egg and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
