- Wash and cut your mixed vegetables into uniform pieces. Trim the chicken and slice into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, grated ginger, lite soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
