Cooking Instructions

  2. Wash the baby potatoes, carrots, and zucchini under cool water and chop them uniformly.

  4. Add the prepared vegetables and toss everything together thoroughly.
  5. Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast the vegetables for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness by ensuring the potatoes are fork-tender.
