Method
 

Kale Pesto Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine fresh kale, garlic cloves, and your choice of pine nuts or walnuts. Drizzle in high-quality olive oil while blending until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper as needed.
Preheat Oven
  1. Set your oven to 475°F (245°C) and preheat fully.
  2. If using a pizza stone, let it heat for at least 30 minutes.
Shape Dough
  1. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza peel sprinkled with flour.
