Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, mango nectar, granulated sugar, dragonfruit powder, and citric acid. Warm over low heat, continuously whisking until the sugar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes. Once combined, remove from heat, let it cool to room temperature, and then transfer to a jar for storage.
  2. In a mason jar, pour the barista-style oat milk, strawberry syrup, and soy milk. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously or use a milk frother until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy, around 1-2 minutes.
  3. Grab a cocktail shaker and add ½ cup of your prepared refresher base, ½ cup of coconut milk, and a handful of freeze-dried dragonfruit. Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the refreshing mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, giving it a lovely visual effect. Top generously with the strawberry cold foam you prepared earlier.
  5. Sprinkle some pink and green sprinkles on the cold foam for a whimsical flair. Serve immediately with a colorful straw.
