- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, corn starch, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and egg yolk, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, folding them together until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Golden Oreos and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Press remaining Oreos and extra sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
