Step-by-Step Instructions for Greek Yogurt Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Mash together 2 to 3 ripe bananas until smooth and mix in 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, ¾ cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (if using).
