Preparation
  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the prepared marinade for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat and oil the surface with vegetable oil.
  4. Season the marinated chicken with salt and pepper before placing it on the griddle.
  5. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Strain the reserved marinade, then bring it to a boil to eliminate bacteria.
  7. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then whisk into boiling marinade until thickened.
  8. Glaze the cooked chicken with the thickened sauce and let it rest.
  9. Slice the glazed chicken and serve with additional sauce, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
