- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) for about 10 minutes.
- Slice apples into ¼–½ inch thick rounds and remove the core.
- Brush both sides of the apple slices with olive oil or melted butter.
- Grill apple slices for about 2–3 minutes until tender with grill marks.
- Wrap or place a slice of prosciutto on top of each grilled apple slice.
- Drizzle raw honey over the top of the assembled apples.
- Serve the grilled apples warm from the grill on a platter.
