Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Nestle the brie among the sautéed berries, close the grill lid, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup or honey over the melted cheese and berries, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Remove the pan from the grill, top with fresh basil, and serve immediately with grilled baguette slices.
