Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For grilling
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Broccoli and Sauce
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain.
  5. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the garlic, season, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Assemble bowls with broccoli, sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
