Prep and Cooking Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F. Clean the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a large mixing bowl. Form into four equal patties.
