  • 6 oz Turkey Pepperoni Can substitute with turkey salami
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese Mozzarella is a good substitute
  • 1 medium Red Onion Can swap for green onions
  • 2 cups Tomatoes Cherry tomatoes can be used
  • ½ cup Pepperoncini Peppers May omit for a milder dish
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables Add bell peppers or cucumbers
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Parmesan-Garlic Dressing Homemade or store-bought

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together Parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the cooled pasta with turkey pepperoni, provolone cheese, red onion, tomatoes, and pepperoncini in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
