Step-by-Step Instructions for Halloween Candy Cookie Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (180℃) and prepare your baking pan with parchment paper and a light spray of nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Cream together the unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs and vanilla into the creamed mixture, mixing well until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
