- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together ½ cup softened butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, and ½ cup packed brown sugar until creamy. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Generously spray the interior of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press the prepared cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the slow cooker.
