- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry pie filling, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold cubed butter and mix until coarse crumbs form.
- Pour the cherry filling into the baking dish, then sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over it.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
