Kebab Preparation
- Grate the onion and red bell pepper, ensuring to squeeze out any excess juices. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken with the grated onion, bell pepper, garlic paste, minced green chili, salt, paprika, red chili flakes, and chopped parsley. Knead gently for about 2 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Wet your hands with cold water, then divide the chicken mixture into portions and mold onto flat skewers.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Brush it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the assembled skewers onto the hot grill. Cook the kebabs for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve them hot or warm with sides like rice or grilled vegetables.
