Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2.5 cups of water in a kettle over medium-high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Pour boiling water over 3 green tea bags in a pitcher and let steep for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Dice 2 ripe peaches, combine with 1 cup of cooled green tea in a blender, and puree until smooth.
  4. Fill glasses halfway with ice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of peach puree, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, and juice from half a lemon. Stir gently.
  5. Top with remaining green tea and garnish with a peach slice or lemon wedge.
