  • 2 cups Water for brewing chai
  • 2 bags Chai Tea quality loose-leaf or tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure extract preferred
For the Raspberry Component
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries or raspberry puree
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or sugar, adjust to taste
For the Creaminess
  • 1 cup Milk or dairy-free alternative
For Serving
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes or use frozen raspberries as ice

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a kettle. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep 2 chai tea bags for about 5 minutes. Let tea cool, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse 1 cup of fresh raspberries and place them in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and blend until smooth. Strain for a seedless texture if desired.
  3. Once tea is chilled, pour it into a tall glass. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir in the raspberry puree.
  4. Add a handful of ice cubes to the glass and stir gently to mix.
  5. Slowly pour in your choice of milk, creating a layered effect in the glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately.
