- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a 9x9 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt together 150g of unsalted butter and 200g of dark chocolate, then allow to cool.
- Whisk 3 large eggs and 250g of caster sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Sift in 100g of plain flour and 30g of cocoa powder, folding until just combined.
- Fold in a mix of Easter chocolates and optional milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tray, smooth the top, and scatter reserved chocolates on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then check for doneness.
- Cool completely in the tray before slicing.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed Easter chocolates before serving.
