- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of dough, flatten, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
- Bake for 10 minutes; they will look soft and slightly underbaked.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top after baking and cool on a wire rack.
