Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Scoop about ¼ cup of dough, flatten, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
