Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, melt ½ cup butter and ½ cup creamy peanut butter together.
- Stir in 1 cup brown sugar and ½ cup granulated sugar, add 2 room temperature eggs one by one.
- Gradually sift in 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, and pinch of salt.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle ½ cup melted peanut butter over the brownie layer and swirl it.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Mix together ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup peanut butter, and melted butter for the streusel topping and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
