  • 1 Egg for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon Water for egg wash

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the woody ends off each asparagus stalk.
  3. Combine equal parts Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  4. Unroll a sheet of thawed puff pastry and cut into 6 squares.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the mustard-mayo mixture on each pastry square.
  6. Place 4-6 pieces of asparagus diagonally on each pastry square.
  7. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the asparagus and cheese.
  8. Whisk together an egg and water to make the egg wash.
  9. Bake the bundles for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
