Marinating and Cooking
- In a medium bowl, marinate the thick-cut bacon strips in wing sauce for at least 5 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated bacon for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- Once the bacon is crispy, remove it and let it drain on paper towels.
- Assemble the cups by placing the bacon inside the lettuce leaves.
- Add optional toppings like tomatoes, scallions, and cheese.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy, optionally drizzled with dressing.
