- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the tray of shaped truffles in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth. Optionally, add food coloring.
