Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until you achieve a soft, dough-like consistency.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill the tray of shaped truffles in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth. Optionally, add food coloring.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then place back on the parchment-lined tray.
  6. While the coating is still soft, add toppings like crushed wafers, sprinkles, or chocolate drizzle.
  7. Let the coated truffles set at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
