- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5 to 2-quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of salted butter and stir in ½ cup of heavy cream, ⅓ cup of light corn syrup, and ⅔ cup of light brown sugar until it bubbles gently and the sugar dissolves.
