  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce consider homemade or a low-fat version
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil swap with cooking spray for a lower-calorie alternative
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese can be replaced with mozzarella or non-dairy cheese
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes for a hint of spice

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and let it rest. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pot, boil salted water. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Bring fresh water to boil in the same pot, add broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and place in ice water to stop cooking. Drain again and set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
  6. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray, pour the mixture into the dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling. Enjoy!
