Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and let it rest. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, boil salted water. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Bring fresh water to boil in the same pot, add broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and place in ice water to stop cooking. Drain again and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray, pour the mixture into the dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling. Enjoy!

Notes
For a lighter version, consider using whole wheat pasta and low-fat cheese.
